Certification: Terms and Policies
PAYMENT AND ENROLLMENT
You may pay by check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Your signature on the Certification Registration Form authorizes CRR to automatically charge your credit card. If you chose the payment plan option, the eight applicable monthly charges will be automatically charged to your credit card between the 1st and 5th of each month. All program enrollments are subject to availability. If there is no space in your First Choice Program, you will be placed on a waiting list for your First Choice and subject to availability, enrolled in your Second Choice. If neither program is available, CRR will contact you to discuss other options. Enrollment in ORSC Certification is contingent upon receipt of funds for both the deposit and monthly payments due. You will receive written notification of your enrollment status. In the process of enrolling in the requested program, CRR will notify you if there are insufficient funds. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of our notification, the requested space in the program will be released.
BUYER’S RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have a right to cancel your enrollment and receive a refund by delivering a written notice to: Center for Right Relationship, 164 Robles Drive #296, Vallejo, CA 94591-8039. You do not have the right to cancel by telephoning or e-mailing the school, or by not attending a course for which you are registered. See the Refund Policies below for refund details.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
CRR reserves the right to refuse student participation in the program. In addition, CRR reserves the right to remove from a program any student who is negatively impacting other students and/or the learning environment. Students may also be removed for non-payment of funds. All refund policies below apply to any student asked not to participate in, or who has been removed from the program, as well as those who voluntarily choose to leave the program.
REFUND POLICIES
Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your enrollment in the program, and if you do so at least 21days prior to the start of the course, you will receive a full refund. Written notifications to cancel enrollment must be postmarked, if mailed, 21 days or more prior to the date of the first meeting of the class. If hand delivered, the date of delivery to CRR offices will serve as the postmark date. If you cancel less then 21 days prior to the start of the program, but before the first session actually starts, you will receive a full refund minus a $75 administration fee. Once the first session starts, the student cannot cancel their enrollment, but must withdraw instead. See Withdrawal below for that alternative.
Discounted Package Withdrawal: If you pay your full tuition in advance, receiving the discount pricing, and then you withdraw from the program, you will be charged at the full individual program rate for the portion that you completed. See Program Withdrawal for the details.
Program Withdrawal: A student withdrawing from the program will be refunded only for the months remaining in the program, less a $75 administrative fee. The amount of the down payment and the payments for months attended will not be refunded. Attendance for any portion of the month constitutes a full month’s attendance. Arrangements for withdrawal must be made either with your Cohort Leader, or by contacting the CRR office directly. Because of the importance of building relationships and consistent community, anyone wishing to rejoin the program after a withdrawal will be obliged to start at the beginning of a new cohort. Restarting the program may require waiting until an appropriate space is available.
TRANSFER FEES
If you choose to transfer from one Cohort to another within 21 days of program start date, you will be charged a $75 transfer fee. You cannot transfer to another Cohort once the program has started.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CANCELLATION, WITHDRAWAL AND TRANSFERS, AND REFUNDS
All notices of
cancellation, withdrawal or transfer will be acknowledged in writing
within ten (10) business days of the notification. Refunds will be made
within 30 business days following the receipt of written notification.
