Organizational & Team Intervention
The Center for Right Relationship in collaboration with Team Coaching International works directly with teams and organizations with a focus on specific aspects of team and organization development. The Center employs a four-pronged approach to organization/team intervention. We employ a combination of assessment, training, systems coaching and follow-up to identify and address specific issues.
Assessment quickly identifies areas needing development. We use the Team Diagnostic Instrument to evaluate the productivity and positivity functioning of the team as experienced by the team. Assessment also provides benchmarking to track team changes over time.
Training ensures that teams learn the new skills neccessary to maintain learning, growth and change. The proper training helps the team to self correct making further interventions unneccessary.
Systems Coaching works directly with team challenges and strengths for effective resolution. The focus is on developing the interrelationships of the team as a whole. Team/Organization Training ensures that the team is able to master new skills and employ them post-intervention to create lasting change. Click here for more information...
