Supervision

Supervision is a fundamental component of lifelong professional development, helping to shape and create the identity, not only of professionals, but of professions themselves. Supervision is based on sharing best practice methods in all professional endeavors. Research indicates that the effectiveness of training without supervision is modest; it is through supervision that most practitioners become masterful at applying the learning attained through training. When opportunities to practice the tools and techniques of Relationship Systems coaching are paired with live feedback from a trained supervisor, the benefits to professionals are unparalleled.
The following forms of supervision are available from the Center for Right Relationship:

Individual Supervision

Individual supervision consists of phone contact between a supervisee and supervisor during which the supervisee's coaching experience is discussed and critiqued. The discussion is based on live observations, video-tapes, audio-tapes, or verbatim transcripts of actual coaching sessions conducted by the supervisee.

Group Coaching Supervision

Group coaching supervision consists of phone contact between a group of supervisees (not to exceed 6 supervisees per group) and one supervisor during which each supervisee’s coaching experiences are discussed and critiqued. The discussion and critique is based on live observations, video-tapes, audio-tapes, or verbatim transcripts of actual counseling sessions conducted by the supervisees.

Peer Supervision

Peer supervision consists of face-to-face or phone contact between coaching peers during which they share coaching experiences for discussion and critique.
